When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if products are unavailable, if there has been a pricing or product description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payments securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details ourselves. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and will provide estimated delivery times at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays. We are not liable for any delays once your order has been handed over to the delivery provider. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you once delivery has been completed to your specified address.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Products that have been personalised or customised cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.
To start a return, you must contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that refunds are issued for the cost of the product only. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
